Note that when I posted the thing about anime, I just meant that I'm tired of everyone who thinks they can draw just posting a copy of someone else's artwork. Its kinda redundant when you see the front page and it says "best in digital art, best in anime" and they're ALL anime. That's what I meant... in my own, offensive way.
Hey! It seems that you have seen a lot of Anime drawings. I'll warn you, there are many. But Anime is also sometimes a way to draw things. Some don't know how to draw something that isn't Anime. As you pointed out it is not exactly "unique", but in a sociity that tells you to be unique wouldn't not being unique be technicly "unique"? Give them a chance. If you do they will give you one to explain.

I am so sick and tired of people posting anime pictures they drew and nothing else. That's not what this site is for. While anime might be considered a personal statement or even original elsewhere, it is definitely not here. Why? BECAUSE EVERYBODY'S FREAKING DOING IT! The observant might notice that this web page is called DEVIANT art. Drawing anime pics and being exactly like everyone else is not deviant, rebellious, or unique in anyway. Therefore, people who post that crap are defeating the purpose of deviantART. Brilliant.
